Steps to obtain a License Agreement

1. When your inquiry is reviewed, you will receive, fill out and return a Bill Elliott license application.*
2. Licensing terms will be agreed upon and approved.
3. CMG will complete your Licensing Approval Form (LAF) and send it to pertinent licensor parties for final approval of terms.
4. Once the LAF is approved by the licensor, your contract will be drafted.
5. When you execute this contract, CMG will send it to the licensor parties for approval. Once all parties have signed, you will receive a copy of the fully executed contract for your records.

You have now reached the end of this portion of the licensing process. If your application is approved, you will receive a new username and password that will grant you access to the secure links on the product development and the existing license maintenance portions of the website.
